INDEPENDENCE
Our firm complies, in all respects, with the rules of the profession requiring independence from audit clients. The independence rules, regulations, and interpretations of the AICPA are distributed to all professional employees and included in the firms Audit and Accounting Manuals. Annually, we obtain written representation from each employee, attesting to his or her compliance with the standard of independence.
